What’s for you will always find a way

I was reflecting the other day on life and it came up to me how important it is to let things flow naturally, rather then force them to happen.

Sometimes we as humans, try to force things in our lives and try to make them work when maybe they’re just not suitable for us anymore. Maybe it’s some old relationship, or an old job, or an old place. Maybe it’s our entire older way of living which no longer suits our soul. Not only clothes become old, but habits, situations and people can sometimes no longer serve our highest good and need to be let go of so you can be free. Maybe it’s time for letting go so you can let something new in! Maybe it’s time to allow the old to go and the new to come.

Maybe it’s time for another rebirth of things and of yourself.

We often have the tendency to force things, to hurry processes, to want to control everything. It’s normal and human. But besides all which seems to not work in the first place by being forced into your life, there might be a higher meaning. It might be that the whole point is of letting go and allowing the miracles to happen in perfect timing.

True wisdom has the power of patience and knowing that everything happens exactly at the right time, in the right scenery, with the right people. True wisdom allows everything to be GENTLE. It allows the gentleness of the flow.

The right people and events are usually those who are NOW in our lives. Those who miraculously showed up when you least expected them to, when you where totally open to life, without expectations but totally enjoying the present moment as it is.

You will never have to force what is right for you and what is best for you. You can plant seeds, water them, give them the right soil and enough sun, but if and when they grow does not depend on you anymore. Opportunities will come your way if you do your thing, if you keep your passion and love for what you are doing. The right people will be there at the right time, some might be just messengers, some might be road openers, some might assist you for a while, some might join your journey for a longer time and some might bless you with their presence forever. You will never know for sure from the beginning, but you might feel it. But then, you could let life surprise you and be open to whatever gifts and surprises it has to offer to you!

Hope this will inspire you in your journey!

Much love 💖✨

1. The Power of each Colour in our Wardrobe – White

Hello lovelies!

Today I want to tell you a story about colours! Because life has a wide palette of colours and that’s what makes it amazing and stunning!

Colours are a very important aspect in one’s wardrobe, because besides shape and texture, that is one of the things which influences us when we choose a piece of clothing and which can tell a lot of things about ourselves, about our personality, about how we approach life and what makes us feel happy.

Each colour has a symbolism, a meaning, shares a certain message and vibe, and is a statement about something in ourselves.

The symbolism of each colour can be culturally different, but if we take a look at the big picture, there are always common points in each culture about what story a colour tells us and what energy is related to it.

Talking about energy, colours are also related to our seven main chakras, energy centres of our energetic structure, each chakra having a certain colour and significance which I will mention a bit later on.

Colours also have therapeutic qualities, they have the power to calm our minds, to change our mood, to inspire us and to energise our whole being, weather we find them in nature, in the form of light, in a painting, in our homes or in our wardrobe!

The first of which colour I will love to talk about, is white.

White has always been associated with purity, light, snow, childhood and genuineness. White is the colour of new beginnings, of life and death at the same time, of winter and of transition.

Some psychologists claim that if we are in the urge to wear a lot of white or surrender ourselves with white, then we are finding ourselves in a period in our lives when a lot of changes and self-discovery are taking place.

White can also suggest in one’s wardrobe and interior decoration being a clean person, someone who has a relaxed lifestyle, a chilled character and enough time to keep his life in order, loving simplicity, elegance and comfort.

White is also the colour of spirituality and openness towards life, because as we know, white light is obtained by mixing all colours of the spectrum, so white could express ones openness to all the colours of life, and being someone who sees things beyond appearance, beyond the first glimpse and colour, also preferring to remain detached and looking at things from a clean, wiser perspective. And yes, white is also the colour of wisdom (that is confirmed by all of you who have white hair 😁😜😎). In eastern philosophies and energetic knowledge, white is associated to the seventh chakra or crown chakra, the thousand petal chakra and one’s connection to Source.

White is also associated with minimalism, with simplicity and refinement. It is one of the colours which never goes out of style, being a timeless trend, no matter in which form we find it. It is a symbol of elegance and grace, but also of peace. It can be mixed “in peace” and harmony with all other colours without ruining the mix, but rather emphasising the other colour(s). White also suits all skin and hair colours very well!

Apart from what is said about overweight people who shouldn’t wear this colour, the truth is that white does not make you look bigger, the fact of looking bigger or thinner depends a lot on what shapes your white clothes have! Too tight clothes have the tendency to show all our shapes no matter if we are thinner or with more shapes. But you should be proud of you body and love it in all it’s sizes and shapes, because it’s such a beautiful miracle babe! Daring to wear white means daring to stand out, just the way you are!

There are many tones and shades of white, some are shyer, some are outstanding, some are noisy, each of them wanting to express something unique.

I love white because of it’s purity and possibilities, because of it’s innate capacity to be elegant, graceful and feminine at the same time, effortlessly. From my experience white also expresses professionalism, honesty and balance. If you wear white at the office or when meeting new clients, you might gain their trust easily.

White also makes any outfit sweeter and encourages more authentic inter-human connections. White also has the potential to calm our monkey mind, making the mind silent and more meditative.

White is also the classic colour of lace- such a feminine and sparkling invention. And of course, let’s not forget almost every woman’s dream of trying on at least once in her life a wedding dress! In the context of a wedding, I believe that the wedding dress is no longer a symbol of virginity , but it can be a symbol of true love and the genuine feelings which two human beings have for one another. It can also express new beginnings.

Beginnings and endings, because in the Japanese culture people mourn their beloveds dressed in white. Again, we meet here the subject of transcendence.

What is clearly sure, as a conclusion, is that white expresses possibility. It’s like an unpainted canvas and an unwritten page.

I would choose to wear white everyday because all of the above mentioned reasons and many others! Maybe just to enjoy the simple joys of life. The special moments which are yet to be written on a white paper. Not to mention how much I love white flowers, white furniture and dishes!

Well, now that this is all said and done, my next article will come up soon and I will be writing in it about the power and the characteristics of another colour!

Hope you liked this one and that it will inspire you in choosing white when you feel like it!

Which is your favourite colour and why? Let me know your thoughts and feelings on this subject in the comments below.

Much love,
