Hey lovelies!

Today is going to be about red, the color of life and passion! Red is one of the basic colors and has many varieties of shades like burgundy, scarlet, ruby, carmine, dark-red, coral, crimson, each of them being powerful statements of our confidence and passion for life.

Red is a very vivid color, therefore it is a color which will certainly draw attention to you when wearing it. It is full of energy, life, movement, “fire”, positivity and it is a color which indicates exuberance and courage.

Red has always been considered as a big turn-on for the opposite sex and a highlighter of our qualities, of our sensuality, of our passion for life, of our energetic spirit and temperament.

Red is the color of the blood of almost every living being on this planet (almost, because for example octopus blood is blue!), therefore it symbolizes life, indicating life force and vital energy. Trough out history, red has been considered a symbol of wealth, and it was also one of the first colors to be used in the prehistoric age by the painters of those days on the walls of caves. In eastern philosophy, it is associated with the first chakra or root chakra, related to our capacity to be grounded, connected to mother earth, to the material dimension. It is a colour of abundace, physical vitality and health. In color-therapy, red is recommanded for increasing our vitality, our energy-levels and optimism. In different cultures, red is used in the chromatic composition of the patterns of many traditional costumes and it is also found in the use of body paints in ritualistic body art.

Red is a very elegant color which can be used in many ways and which stands out in an outfit from the smallest accessory to an all-red outfit. Or maybe just red lips? Yes, red in a small proportion (let’s say 5%) can make a black dress or a white suit look fantastic, elegant and beautiful. It’s that “je ne sais quoi” which gives an outfit life and completes the entire styling in a perfect way.

Red is alive, wild and works as a very feminine color for women, even though it can also work for men very lovely as well, having the same effect on them of making them stand out in a passional and confident way.

Red sends the message that you believe in yourself, you matter, you know that you are important and you trust yourself, embracing your passion for life totally.

When it comes to red, fashion designers have explored the beauty of red in many spectacular, surprising, refined, excentric, festive, sensual and pasional ways and it certainly is a color of celebration and a color which takes a certain amount of fearlessness and confidence to be worn.

My best advice is go for it because you can’t possibly go wrong with this color. Some red lipstick is just enough to start with but don’t be afraid to experiment with this color more in your outfits (best way to start is to accessorise your outfits with red accessories like scarfs, shoes, jewellery, makeup, manicures, hats, basques) and wear it more often.

“When in doubt, wear red lipstick.”

Hope this was helpful and I would love your feedback about it!

Wishing you a day full of positive energy 💋

What’s for you will always find a way

I was reflecting the other day on life and it came up to me how important it is to let things flow naturally, rather then force them to happen.

Sometimes we as humans, try to force things in our lives and try to make them work when maybe they’re just not suitable for us anymore. Maybe it’s some old relationship, or an old job, or an old place. Maybe it’s our entire older way of living which no longer suits our soul. Not only clothes become old, but habits, situations and people can sometimes no longer serve our highest good and need to be let go of so you can be free. Maybe it’s time for letting go so you can let something new in! Maybe it’s time to allow the old to go and the new to come.

Maybe it’s time for another rebirth of things and of yourself.

We often have the tendency to force things, to hurry processes, to want to control everything. It’s normal and human. But besides all which seems to not work in the first place by being forced into your life, there might be a higher meaning. It might be that the whole point is of letting go and allowing the miracles to happen in perfect timing.

True wisdom has the power of patience and knowing that everything happens exactly at the right time, in the right scenery, with the right people. True wisdom allows everything to be GENTLE. It allows the gentleness of the flow.

The right people and events are usually those who are NOW in our lives. Those who miraculously showed up when you least expected them to, when you where totally open to life, without expectations but totally enjoying the present moment as it is.

You will never have to force what is right for you and what is best for you. You can plant seeds, water them, give them the right soil and enough sun, but if and when they grow does not depend on you anymore. Opportunities will come your way if you do your thing, if you keep your passion and love for what you are doing. The right people will be there at the right time, some might be just messengers, some might be road openers, some might assist you for a while, some might join your journey for a longer time and some might bless you with their presence forever. You will never know for sure from the beginning, but you might feel it. But then, you could let life surprise you and be open to whatever gifts and surprises it has to offer to you!

Hope this will inspire you in your journey!

Much love 💖✨

1. The Power of each Colour in our Wardrobe – White

Hello lovelies!

Today I want to tell you a story about colours! Because life has a wide palette of colours and that’s what makes it amazing and stunning!

Colours are a very important aspect in one’s wardrobe, because besides shape and texture, that is one of the things which influences us when we choose a piece of clothing and which can tell a lot of things about ourselves, about our personality, about how we approach life and what makes us feel happy.

Each colour has a symbolism, a meaning, shares a certain message and vibe, and is a statement about something in ourselves.

~Photo credit: by Boggy my love ~

The symbolism of each colour can be culturally different, but if we take a look at the big picture, there are always common points in each culture about what story a colour tells us and what energy is related to it.

Talking about energy, colours are also related to our seven main chakras, energy centres of our energetic structure, each chakra having a certain colour and significance which I will mention a bit later on.

Colours also have therapeutic qualities, they have the power to calm our minds, to change our mood, to inspire us and to energise our whole being, weather we find them in nature, in the form of light, in a painting, in our homes or in our wardrobe!

The first of which colour I will love to talk about, is white.

White has always been associated with purity, light, snow, childhood and genuineness. White is the colour of new beginnings, of life and death at the same time, of winter and of transition.

Some psychologists claim that if we are in the urge to wear a lot of white or surrender ourselves with white, then we are finding ourselves in a period in our lives when a lot of changes and self-discovery are taking place.

White can also suggest in one’s wardrobe and interior decoration being a clean person, someone who has a relaxed lifestyle, a chilled character and enough time to keep his life in order, loving simplicity, elegance and comfort.

White is also the colour of spirituality and openness towards life, because as we know, white light is obtained by mixing all colours of the spectrum, so white could express ones openness to all the colours of life, and being someone who sees things beyond appearance, beyond the first glimpse and colour, also preferring to remain detached and looking at things from a clean, wiser perspective. And yes, white is also the colour of wisdom (that is confirmed by all of you who have white hair 😁😜😎). In eastern philosophies and energetic knowledge, white is associated to the seventh chakra or crown chakra, the thousand petal chakra and one’s connection to Source.

White is also associated with minimalism, with simplicity and refinement. It is one of the colours which never goes out of style, being a timeless trend, no matter in which form we find it. It is a symbol of elegance and grace, but also of peace. It can be mixed “in peace” and harmony with all other colours without ruining the mix, but rather emphasising the other colour(s). White also suits all skin and hair colours very well!

Apart from what is said about overweight people who shouldn’t wear this colour, the truth is that white does not make you look bigger, the fact of looking bigger or thinner depends a lot on what shapes your white clothes have! Too tight clothes have the tendency to show all our shapes no matter if we are thinner or with more shapes. But you should be proud of you body and love it in all it’s sizes and shapes, because it’s such a beautiful miracle babe! Daring to wear white means daring to stand out, just the way you are!

There are many tones and shades of white, some are shyer, some are outstanding, some are noisy, each of them wanting to express something unique.

I love white because of it’s purity and possibilities, because of it’s innate capacity to be elegant, graceful and feminine at the same time, effortlessly. From my experience white also expresses professionalism, honesty and balance. If you wear white at the office or when meeting new clients, you might gain their trust easily.

White also makes any outfit sweeter and encourages more authentic inter-human connections. White also has the potential to calm our monkey mind, making the mind silent and more meditative.

White is also the classic colour of lace- such a feminine and sparkling invention. And of course, let’s not forget almost every woman’s dream of trying on at least once in her life a wedding dress! In the context of a wedding, I believe that the wedding dress is no longer a symbol of virginity , but it can be a symbol of true love and the genuine feelings which two human beings have for one another. It can also express new beginnings.

Beginnings and endings, because in the Japanese culture people mourn their beloveds dressed in white. Again, we meet here the subject of transcendence.

What is clearly sure, as a conclusion, is that white expresses possibility. It’s like an unpainted canvas and an unwritten page.

I would choose to wear white everyday because all of the above mentioned reasons and many others! Maybe just to enjoy the simple joys of life. The special moments which are yet to be written on a white paper. Not to mention how much I love white flowers, white furniture and dishes!

Well, now that this is all said and done, my next article will come up soon and I will be writing in it about the power and the characteristics of another colour!

Hope you liked this one and that it will inspire you in choosing white when you feel like it!

Which is your favourite colour and why? Let me know your thoughts and feelings on this subject in the comments below.

Much love,

How to listen to yourself more!

Hey lovelies! 💕💫

I want to share with you in this article my opinion regarding how important it is to listen to the signals which your body is sending you and to it’s inner wisdom. And I hope it will inspire you in some way or another!

Listening to ourselves is a very important aspect of living our life fully and at it’s biggest potential. It is the beginning of mindfulness and peace with ourselves and the world.

I believe that the secret to listening to ourselves is not at all a secret but something very accessible for anyone, something easy to do, anytime, anywhere.

Of course, it would be very good if you could find a space where there is peace and quiet and the time to do this daily. But then, this time and space can expand into the whole day, every second and minute of the day and can become a habit and more than that: a way of living.
But let me put it into words, what do I mean by this?

When I say listening to ourselves I mean listening to the messages which our feelings and physical sensations are sending us. I mean paying attention to ourselves and honouring our feelings. No feeling is there by chance. They all tell us story which we keep inside of us, a story about the state of peace and mindfulness in which we find ourselves now.

The easiest way to listen to yourself is by listening and observing your body. I truly recommend this.

In the stress of daily life, running towards goals and achieving things, stressing over the least important things which cherish our souls, we often forget the basics of a fulfilling life: relaxing. When this happens, we collect tensions in the body, which are a sign that we need to stop and listen. It’s just the way in which our body signals us the fact that we stopped enjoying life, that we are going in a direction in which we don’t really feel like. And this feels wrong in the body. Each and every tension, hurt, fatigue or other symptom of the body is a call of our longing towards leading a life of presence.

So, how can you listen to yourself by listening to your body? Firstly, take time for yourself daily. No matter what, start enjoying life and celebrate. No excuses go for this one. If you have time to do so many things, then you have time to relax.

You can just breathe and observe the tensions in the body. You can feel them from the core while breathing. You can massage yourself, you can take a hot salt bath or you can just relax every muscle in your body, while breathing. Take your time to feel the tensions. Pay to them the attention that they need. That is how they will (instantly or over time) dissolve and go away. You could offer yourself nourishment at the spa or a massage!

What is very important is that you really start feeling your body! Listen to it’s needs. If you need sleep, then sleep more. If you crave for a certain food or a quantity of it, then EAT. Without guilt. Eat it as a gift for your body and soul. Just enjoy every bit of it in total presence, totally enjoy the present which you are offering to yourself in the present moment. The body always knows what it’s needs are, but because we sometimes forget how to listen to it and serve it more, less or differently than what it asks for, it sends messages that you need to change something. Most of the times, in the case of food, the issue is one regaring our mindset. Especially women tend to feel guilty when eating. They forget how to listen to their bodies, what, how and how much they want to eat and then they manifest unwanted emotions in the form of eating disorders.

I believe that when you listen to your body, your body listens to you, and you create a new relationship with it. When you listen carefully, then your body tells you how much you need of everything and you will be surprised that balance means not to much, not to little. Balance exists in the form of enjoying life, tasting a bit or more of everything but not really needing or craving for something desperately.

Balance in your life means enjoying the moments in which you rest. It means being present in the moments of work, creation, movement, change. It means going with your flow. Listening to the energy in yourself and letting balance find it’s own way.

When you get used to listening to your needs, you will stop overeating, sleeping to little or to much, working out to much, being a workaholic. I believe there comes a time in somebody’s life, when you are overfed with controlling things and doing them in the same, old and inefficient way (in the long-run).

Your body and energy have their own discipline and rythm, you just have to calibrate yourself to that inner wisdom. In this way, health, vitality, joy and inspiration will follow. You will be able to live by the rhythm of nature but also, as a paradox, to create your own lifestyle and rules, guided by listening to yourself.

So, this simple way of listening to your body, is usually the first step in listening to your emotional needs, to your intuition, to your gut feeling, to your dreams, to your inner voice of wisdom and knowing, to the calling of the soul. These things are all interconnected and related from a holistic viewpoint regading the human being.

In short, my message in this article is about the fact that we should take care of ourselves more, because if we don’t, then who else will?

I believe that you are the most important person in your life and before being able to offer anything to anybody else, you have to offer yourself the attention, care, love and cherishing that you need in order to live, not just survive. You have to know when to stop, listen and go with the flow of your own self.

I really hope that these thoughts will inspire you to start living the life you actually deserve, a life of fulfillment and joy.

And remember, big changes are the result of small consistent steps.

Sending you all the love and good vibes,

My Philosophy on Style!

Hello lovelies!

Today I want to dive a bit deeper into things, and I wish to share with you the way in which I view style, fashion and beauty, because this is the concept which inspires me all along in what I want to share with you here.

Let me ask you, what does style mean to you? What importance do you give it? What role does it have in your life? Is it rather a social convention or do you consider it as a form of art? Do you enjoy it or do you rather find it unimportant? If you find it important, then in what way is that?

To me, and I guess that to most of the women and to many men out there also, getting dressed up in an outfit is not just a random act of covering up our body! It’s not just covering that up, which in itself already is Art!

I believe that in it’s already existing perfection, the human body is a perfect piece of Art made of stardust and miracle! Harmonious engineering of the Universe! That’s why it has always been the center of interest in arts and aesthetics, either naked or dressed!

Therefore I believe that getting dressed up is a form of honoring the Art which we already are! Getting dressed up, is an act of revealing the already existing BEAUTY of each unique human being. And not just the body’s beauty but that of our being as a whole!

Yes, it’s a form of celebration and creating!! Celebrating yourself!

Besides the fact that we can see a pattern of beauty in each and every individual, most awesome thing I guess, is our own individuality.

Each one of us is different in manifestation and that’s more than perfect. And that is why, in my opinion, people can’t follow trends and expect to express individuality, but instead, trends are a choice among many others which follow YOU. So, You first, trends secondly.

Expression, Feeling, Passion and Joy, this are the fabrics in which I dress myself. This is what I am looking for in clothing and style.

Because to me, having good taste means creating a visual and tactile form of poetry.

Fashion means storytelling. Silent music of shape, colour, volume, texture. Fantasy and imagination.

I see fashion as a language which allows us to express whatever we choose to express.

When I put on an outfit and choose my clothes, I want to express joy, because I choose to be joy!

How about you?

I always ask myself, why not create beauty in each and every possible way you can? But really and truly enjoy it and feel that it makes you happy!

You can try elegant, classy, casual, simple, crazy, hippie, eclectic, ethnic, vintage, futuristic or whatever comes trough your mind right now, whatever way suits you and brings you even more joy than before!

So, style should actually be a fun thing to do. It should improve your well-being. It should be playful. It should be a form of expressing our creativity and uniqueness!

Style should be an accessible form of art to anyone who feels like creating. Don’t worry about talent, dare to make mistakes and experiment! Dare to never stop learning! In everything , not just in style and fashion! Life would be really boring if we ever stopped learning the moment we finished our education (actually, I always loved self-education more than official education, but I guess both have their purpose and efficiency. The good thing about autodidactic education is that you can do it all life long and it’s for free! 🤓)

So, I believe that your attitude towards the act of choosing your outfit is what matters. I believe that when you find joy in all the little things in life, like your daily outfit for example, then your bigger picture becomes an overall song of joy!

By the way, here’s what I bought today from Zara and can’t wait to wear them as soon as the snow which has taken over Bucharest is going to disappear and Spring will finally come for good!

Black, white, beige, red! One bomb combo! 💥💣❣️🖤

A friend once asked me: how can you be stylish at the same time and also be profound? Many people might think that being interested in looks and fashion is just about looks, just about material things. Yes, of course style and fashion is about looks, and for some it’s maybe only about that, not to judge, but for others it’s also art, beauty, philosophy and joy! It’s nonverbal language! It’s a part of daily life and a part which can be magical!

And you don’t need to be rich to be a style lover and a stylish person. You can find cheap but elegant, stylish clothes and accessories, and also buy second-hand stuff, if: you know what you want, where to look and how to look at things! And, if you are blessed enough to afford more expensive things, then I recommend you to donate the old ones which you know that you no longer wear. Your wardrobe doesn’t even have to be very big in order for you to be stylish! All you actually ever need is inspiration and creativity!

So guys, this is how I live and love style, fashion, beauty!

I hope this article will be a dose of inspiration to you, that you enjoyed it and feel free to comment and give me your feedback!

Hope you have an awesomely incredible and inspired day!

Much love! Catinca

8 Ways to keep your Energy Levels up this Spring!

Hello guys!

Spring is on it’s way and almost arrived, so I wanted to share with you a few tips that might be helpful in welcoming one of the prettiest seasons properly: fresh and energized! 🌸

Besides the smell of flowers, the freshness of the air, the warm and mild sun caressing our body and senses, the feeling of rebirth and motivation, we might also experience Spring asthenia, we might feel tired or even a little depressed, anxious, and lack the energy we need to support our enthusiasm and our plans.
But don’t worry about that too much, because as we both know, to every problem there lies a solution and that’s why I am writing this article, so that you can include the following habits that I am going to share with you in your daily routine and schedule.

Of course, I use them too, or else I wouldn’t be writing about them. I never give advice I didn’t test on myself first and which I found out to be efficient. And yes, I am also prone to spring asthenia.

So, let me just start by sharing with you eight ways in which I improved my life for the better and which habits help me boost my energy levels and improve my mood every time I need it. 💥✨🌟

1.) Working out! 💪

This season is perfect to start working out and you don’t necessarily need to go to the gym to do that. You don’t even need to invest a lot of money in being fit, all you need to do is invest some of your time and a lot of self-respect in your body. And maybe to pay for the internet subscription. 🤗😜 Why? Because you have a lot of alternatives instead of going to the gym. Of course, you can also choose to go to the gym and even to courses, and hire a personal trainer!

Just in case you don’t, the park is the best alternative to the gym!

Put your headphones on, use proper equipment (especially the footwear should be properly choosed- choose sports footwear which has enough amortization in order to prevent joint problems later), install a running app on your phone (I would recommend Nike + Run Club app, which tracks all your achievements, routes, has guided runs, coaching and I love it that when I finish my run, they always congratulate me! 😎😀🥇)…and start!

Running boosts your metabolism, fills your body with oxygen, makes your brain healthier and sharpens your attention, releases endorphins and keeps you in shape. Personally, I enjoy running for the sake of it, it makes me feel good and motivated, and it really boosts my energy levels no matter how tired I am that day.

Besides running, if you don’t just want to stick to cardio, you can gain muscle and sculpt your body in the coziness of your own home. You only need some square meters (hopefully you don’t have grumpy neighbors underneath your apartment 🙈), a yoga mat, your own body (or your can use light weights, even water bottles go!) and a pc, tablet, phone, where you can watch YouTube professional workouts. There are thousands of them, adapted to any goals and fitness levels. And they are also fun to do!

Here’s one cool example on youtube of a total body workout which I absolutely love:

I promise you, that when you’ll make workouts part of your weekly routine, you’ll get addicted to them! And you’ll start seeing amazing results too! Get that booty out of the couch and use it’s energy to move!

I usually either start or end my day by working out, but you can include it in your schedule the best way in which it suits you.

2.) A good night sleep
Good morning guys, did you sleep like a baby? Yes!? Then great, it means you slept well.

The quality of our sleep is sometimes actually much more important than the quantity. What I understand by quality of sleep? Feeling completely relaxed during sleep, going easily to sleep and waking up reinvigorated, full of life force and energy.

Of course, there are many factors which play a role in the quality of our sleep, many of them are psychological, but you can improve your sleep just by sleeping in a completely dark room, using a sleeping mask, airing out your room before going to bed, turning off all electronic devices and focusing on your breath until you go to sleep. I’ll talk a bit more about breating later on.

You can also relax each body part while you sit on your back (in yoga this is called Shavasana, give it a search on google to find out more!) until you fall asleep. Sleeping on the left side of the body is also healthy, for it aligns all organs of the body.

And, stop eating too much and too heavy before bed, your body needs rest! Instead, you could drink some lavender tea, which helps calming the nervous sistem and the mind 💜 I’m in love with lavender…💜

3.) Breathing

Breathing means life force. Breathe in, breathe out… Breathe deep. In your “guts”. It’s called abdominal breathing and it provides your body over 30% more oxygen than normal breathing does. You might get a bit dizzy when trying it out first, but then, you’ll discover all it’s benefits.

And I’m talking from the perspective of a singer, singing teacher and yoga-practitioner. That’s the breath singers use! 😉

This kind of breath is amazing. It calms you, helps you controll your emotions better, relaxes you and energises you. It just makes you feel alive and balances the brain hemispheres.

Besides this, focusing on your breath is the perfect way to meditate and boost your energy level. This leads us to the next point.

4.)Meditation 🧘🏻‍♀️

Meditation is one of the most efficient ways to attain the perfect inner balance of our being. It’s not necessarily something spiritual or religious, unless you want to. Meditation can be used by anyone as a perfect tool for reaching peace with ourselves and the world surrounding us.

Meditation is a tool which can help us observe our thoughts more objectively, non-judgementally and calms down the “monkey-mind”. That sounds really good, doesn’t it? That constant blah blah of the mind which sometimes exhausts you has the opportunity to finally take a nap! 😀

This of course helps us concentrate better on what is essential in the moment, by focusing our mind on the present moment.

Such thing is very beneficial to us, as so we spare a lot of energy which we would otherwise maybe use to worry, on finding solutions and on creating.

Even 5 minutes a day of meditation are welcome! You can do it in the morning, during the day or before bedtime, whenever your feel like!

There are lots of meditation techniques out there, but one of the simplest would be focusing on your breath and observing your thoughts come and go, but not forcing yourself to get rid of them. Just observe and let go…

Namaste dear friends, and let’s see the next point! 🙏🏻🧘🏻‍♀️

5.)Yoga classes

Yoga has already become a trend in the occidental world for a longer while. It actually all stared to become a market with a variety of forms, after the hippie movement in the sixties. The roots of yogic practice are deeply found in eastern spirituality (indian, more specifically 👳🏿‍♂️).

In India traditional yoga is still being kept untouched . By the way…I’m preparing my first trip to India, can’t wait to share it with you when it’s going to happen! 😍

Unlike original yoga, today’s many occidental practices have been largely adapted to western lifestyles and needs. Today you can participate at a wide range of yoga classes, more or less modernised, like: Acro Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Bikram Yoga, Flow Yoga, Hatha Yoga etc.

Opinions about the modern occidental yoga are split.

I do recommend it. That yoga which is focused on the body. Not necessarily spiritual stuff and not at all pseudo-spiritual stuff, not sectarian stuff, not any kind of movements who make you enroll in a certain behaviour or way of thinking.

I recommend anything which helps you attain balance, harmony, wellbeing, happiness, health of the body, the mind and the spirit.

I’ve been practicing hatha yoga myself for three years at the national yoga study and practice group of Romania and now I sometimes do hatha yoga from a book at home 🤗 It is totally a huge energy boost tool!

The fact about yoga is that it’s a body-centred kind of meditation. It not only makes you focus on your breath but it also makes you focus on your body, each part of it, making you aware that you have a body!

By practicing yoga you become more aware of all the tensions and blockages which your body holds and you dissipate them step by step.

Yoga makes you conscious of the fact that you are a whole being- body, mind and spirit. How could this not make you more balanced, full of energy and happier, be it practiced in Spring, Summer, Autumn or Winter?

6.) Adopt a new habit

Lifestyles are built by habits. I love good habits. It’s good routine. It’s exciting routine, changed into goals! It’s setting new goals. It’s getting out of the confort zone. Not just once, but every day of your life. It’s responsibility and commitment. It’s an act of self love.

What about becoming vegetarian, quitting smoking, waking up an hour earlier or going to bed earlier, taking walks in the park, eating a salad a day, and all the above mentioned examples of course?!

Start a dancing class! 💃🏼🕺🏻

New habits have the magic of new beginnings. Just like falling in love, they make you feel alive and full of enthusiasm!

Adopting new habits in Spring is the perfect moment to do it!

7.)Organise yourself, simplify, order!

Have you ever heard about the japanese method of organising your home?

Marie Kondo, the author of the book “ The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up: The Japanese Art of Declutterring and Organising” can tell you in detail about the secrets of this method. I highly recommend reading the book. But even if you don’t read it, things are very simple: outside order is what orders the mind. An ordered mind can be attained by meditation, yoga, but also by your mom, who used to tell you to clean up your room, when you were a teenager😂  Hope that made you smile 😄

Sooo, just start by throwing away anything which makes the energy of the space in which you live feel heavy and old! Our living space has a bigger influence than you might think on our mood ( Long-live the science of Feng-Shui!).

Throw away the old stuff and the stuff which you don’t need anymore and barely use. Maybe donate them. Or sell them. Then keep the space clean and organised. Don’t complicate, don’t let things “grow” again until your need a week or two to re-establish the order in the house.

Oraganize your time also. Make to-do lists. No, don’t be a freak, don’t be obsessed by lists and order, but do this enough so that it’s useful in your life. I promise you, it will spare you a lot of headaches and energy, and let you focus on your priorities better!

8.) Start a diary and use your hand-writing more!

Handwriting, specially writing in a diary, has always been considered to be a form of therapy. But then maybe, you want to write poetry or fiction, that too is of course therapy trough creativity! You don’t necessarily have to consider yourself a writer, in order to act like one 😜

Go buy a cute agenda and start writing, no matter the result. Whatever you feel like. Let it flow. There’s no need for it to be a certain way. Just see what comes. You’ll be impressed by the creativity that lies within you, once you go with the flow! Writing is a form of meditation too. It’s relaxing and cool. It challenges you and keeps your brain in shape!

Release the inner writer in you!

Okey guys, hope you enjoyed this list of things which I shared here with you and that it inspires you in your own life. You don’t have to do all of them (unless you want to of course!), one is enough to make you feel good and energized. If you have any questions or want to share with me how you feel after trying them out, I would really enjoy knowing about your experience!

Until next time I am wishing you an awesome Spring full oflife and love! 😍❤️🌸Much, much Love,Catinca
